These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

1. Production time
Production time will take up to 10 working days. However, from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items within that timeframe. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait a bit longer for the restocked item and have all items shipped together, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
ERNESTSONE STUDIO will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer, and the customer is responsible for arranging the return.

Once returns are received and accepted, store credit will be issued for future purchases. We will notify you by email once this has been completed.

ERNESTSONE STUDIO will refund the value of the returned goods but not the original shipping cost.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time – Within Latvia
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2–7 working days.

4.2 Transit Time – International
Orders are shipped from Latvia and typically arrive within 4–8 working days in Europe and around 10 working days to the US. For the rest of the world, delivery may take longer, up to 22 working days.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days of payment. Our studio operates Monday–Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
ERNESTSONE studio ships to P.O. Boxes using postal services only. Courier services are not available to these locations.

4.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to wait a bit longer for it to be restocked or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch (within 2 days), customers will receive a tracking link to follow their shipment with the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered while you were absent, please contact us for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the product prices displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These vary by country. ERNESTSONE STUDIO encourages customers to be aware of potential additional charges before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the shipment will be returned to ERNESTSONE STUDIO at your expense. You will be refunded for the value of the goods minus the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Insurance

9.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation.

9.2 Parcel Lost in Transit

If the tracking shows the item as delivered but it is missing or stolen, ERNESTSONE STUDIO is not responsible. Please contact your local postal service (e.g., USPS) and file a claim within 30 days. We are not required to issue a refund.
